We have had a serious no service breakdown in our area for two weeks. There may be network issues for up to six months and I have taken the option to cancel my contract and move on.

I telephoned Orange and spoke to Graham. He was a masterclass in customer services and his brilliant conduct and knowledge were enough to close the browser windows I had open for 02 and vodafone.
Graham even topped me up to an iPhone 4 32g for free. I've closed the deal with Graham. If he tops me up further on the Internet allowance I'm definitely recommending the rest of the family to switch.
