I took a closer glimpse this time. It's evident that people are squatting (see the discarded underwear). A man who lives on the same road said he can't sleep at night because of the racket and din created by late night visitors.
I may even venture inside next time. Also took time out to explain to the contractor boys working opposite that I wasn't buying the building. If only eh?
