These rather delightful jars of home made jams, curds, chutneys, sauces, and preserves (delete as appropriate) are made with much love by Linda and Helen as part of their super gardening club activities.
When Helen offered me one my feet didn't touch the carpet as I raced to snap up my very own prize jar - all this before she'd had a chance to even finish her sentence.
Very pleased with my little gift, I told myself an anecdote about the little strawberries being upset because their parents were in a jam.
Unfortunately, in my excitement I left my jar behind - Note to self: Call the good ladies first thing tomorrow morning and arrange pick up...
