Carly who usually lives at Andrew's Farm was reported missing on Thursday 22 December and is described as, Caucasian 160cm, 45kg, with fair complexion, medium build and shoulder length blonde/brown hair.
Carly also has a blue tattoo on her right wrist with the letters 'CK' and a chain design that wraps around her wrist.
Police and Carly's family are concerned for her welfare and ask her or anyone that knows of her whereabouts to please police via BankSA Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or contact her family direct.
