A game of two corners - Paul Owens

Making use of the howling elements
A bag of air was impeccably pinged
Disarray in Glenavon's box
As Paul Owens took hold of the wind

Bannsiders hero teed up twice
Ex Carrick lofted Davy O’Hare
Limavady man's brace all the talk
Carbon copy the Lurgan Blues despair

Said Paul of his inswinging corners
“Second was a wee bit lucky”
“Unluckily Davy got a touch there”
When the alert goalie thwarted three
