Just read this really interesting interview about Amal Fashanu's memories of her uncle Justin Fashanu. I also watched her BBC documentary. For me the interesting bit was at the end when she visits the FA's headquarters and ponders if thoughts at the top need changing. Sure, the FA wheeled out their media equality officer but the whole attitude at the summit is one of pure arrogance.
Having had previous with pencil pushers at the FA, I agree with Fash - there's more chance of the next Pope being black...
