A pulsating game at the Copperbox Arena saw Leicester Riders beat the London Lions to rekindle their Championship aspirations.

The third quarter saw both teams still in close contention to win the game but for Rashad Hassan's influence on the game.

With the scores close and both defences influential it was Hassan - easily the best player on the pitch, who orchestrated proceedings as Leicester romped to a 99-71 away win.

Hassan added 27 points with Jay Couinard contributing a further 25.

With the Lions playing away in their next fixture Manchester Giants are the next visitors to the Copperbox on Sunday 9th March.
