Late start today as we have lost internet connectivity at home since yesterday and so I stayed in to allow my sons Zoom class to take place through sharing my personal hotspot.
No cycle today and we both ventured out in the car to do one food pack drop and a trip to a homeless hostel. My little one is an experienced hand in volunteering with homeless friends but this time he wasn’t allowed out apart from to take my picture.
In fact I employed the same doorstep rule, drop, knock, take ten paces back and leave when recipient responds.

On behalf of #onethirdsoupkitchen I delivered three boxes of cream eggs to the Single Homeless Project (SHP) a London-wide charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives.
We finished off with a slow 5K as per of my weekly Dagenham 88 Club Handicap.
