We are gearing up for a socially distancing Ramadan run challenge - Can we all feed 100 orphans Iftar for a month at £10 a head?
Did I say socially distancing? Well there’s no danger of us mingling or even getting close after I leave him stranded at the start line and trailing in my wake.
I’m disappointed people could even think we’d finish close. All bets are off and all books are closed on what will be the single most one sided run in the boroughs history.
I’m also well into my 250k cycle challenge too.
This Ramadan thousands of orphans will go hungry. Unlike many of us these people do not know when and where their next meal is coming from.
They are like baby birds in a nest with their beaks open and waiting for their guardian to quell their hunger.
