69 foodpacks delivered today by our fantastic volunteers at the #hccfoodbank
It’s been real hard work but our system for delivery is coming along very nicely.
At the Hedgecock Community Centre Foodbank our ethos and values are based on serving everybody in need regardless of their background or social status.
A great part of our success is based on our outreach and partnership.
The last drop for today involved food packs and hot chicken/meat Biriani donated by Royal Events & Catering for the service users and brilliant staff at the Welcome Centre, Ilford.
The Day Centre is for rough sleepers and vulnerable adults. The team offer practical support, hot meals, a laundry service, showers, clothing.
