The staff at this joint are downright rude, obnoxious, and seriously lack knowledge banking issues and also the area the operate in.
Today my Dad was not dealt with appropriately. This is not the first time a family member has been insulted by inadequate staff.
The excuse was there was no manager and my Dad, who is a Pensioner was ordered to travel to a branch where there was a manager who would deal with him. This is roughly a two mile journey away. Disgraceful treatment by a supposedly "respectable" mainstream financial institution.
I believe this Motley Crew need some serious management to whip them into shape.
Compare and contrast this to Natwest. I had an appointment with the Manager this morning, and whilst I was waiting the totally brilliant Linsey bought out colour pencils and paper for my niece and my youngest to draw and colour with.
I hope WHICH & Trading Standards send in some investigators to Lloyds TSB Barking because they really are the total pits.
