Just seen a "related" arrest made in Barking Town Centre. It's a bit surreal here at the moment as you'll see from the pics below. Businesses have taken the decision to board up their windows before going home tonight. This is all a bit like Will Smith's "I am Legend." I'm off to Canning Town now...
