Euro 2008 – day 10: Poland 0-1 Croatia

Would the Celtic connection ultimately save the day?
Boruc the diamond would shine come what may
The first half a blitz from the Croat tanks
Held at bay by Artur who went ala Banks
One man’s defiance left Bilic’s snipers stressed
Surely now a slot amongst the world’s very best
Without Glasgow’s finest Polska were long dead
Now get set for a move away from sunny Parkhead
