My friend Mick sent me a wad of money and while I was tempted to book a post lockdown beach break I was afraid he’d track me down easy 🙂
Cheers Mick! I’ve spent some today on treating homeless friends at the Welcome Centre to Pizza, chips, drinks, wedges, grilled wings. It was great catching up with Ursula when I delivered it all hot and ready to eat.
The mission here is to provide a range of targeted services that meet the needs of Homeless and Vulnerable adults. Many are in isolation and those with bigger issues can be found congregated locally outside.
I should mention that Chunky Chicken on Longbridge Road were very generous with loads of free food added to the order.
This’ll certainly cheer up a few friends today.
