As I’m out cycling for just under an hour I thought I’d sign up for Cycle for Change challenge for Oxfam.
While the coronavirus is a global threat to anyone with underlying health issues, the poorest and most vulnerable people in all societies are likely to be hardest hit - both at home and in communities around the world.
Now, more than ever, it is important we raise funds for people living in poverty, by providing hygiene training as well as water tanks, taps, loos and soap.
With ongoing support, volunteers and staff living in communities around the world will keep up their vital work, helping people to stay healthy and tackling the injustices that trap them in poverty.
