One drop for #hccfoodbank today and one medical pick up during a combined cycle and run. I really enjoyed this view during my visit and got permission to take this photo.
Lockdown has eased and our recipients list has been refined. Capable people who were restricted are off now (at own request) but we still have homebound and vulnerable friends to serve with the list receiving additions all the time. We have also been receiving referrals from local professionals on behalf of their clients with many being extremely needy or extremely vulnerable.
Hope you’ve all had a good day. It’s just going to take us to work that little bit harder to keep up our collective spirits but as far as I can see it’s nothing that we can’t handle and conquer together.
If we just rely on the government then we may not always be satisfied with the outcomes but if we additionally do our bits within our capabilities and means then the outlook is likely to be far prettier.
Keep that forward stride on folks - Were getting there slowly.
